Are the documents really legally valid in Sweden?
Yes. Every template is drafted by Swedish lawyers with experience in GDPR, consumer law and contract law. We follow guidance from the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) and the European Data Protection Board.
What happens when the law changes?
We track legislation and update the templates on a rolling basis. As a paying customer, you get an email notification when your document needs revision — often with a ready-made suggested change.
Can I use TermsReady for multiple companies?
The Free and Complete plans are tied to a single organisation. The Business plan allows up to five organisations on the same account. Need more? Get in touch.
Do I own the documents I generate?
Yes. Once generated, you own the content and can publish it freely. The templates themselves belong to TermsReady, but the finished document is yours.
Is my data handled securely?
All traffic is encrypted and we store no more than we need. Servers are inside the EU and we have data processing agreements with every subprocessor.
Can you help with custom contracts?
Standard documents we handle ourselves. For complex contracts, we refer you to a hand-picked lawyer through our partner network.
